Shipping
Basically we ship all over the world. There are two options – Parcel Post (Regular Mail etc.) and Express Shipping (which is conducted by FedEx and EMS depending on country). Postage is free for most gems and Express is 50$ for under 1000$ orders and free for everything above.
Expect delivery in 15-25 working days for Post, 5-15 days for Express, every our item is unique and most of the world is rather far from our single warehouse.

Payments
We accept most major credit cards via PayPal and Robokassa payment processing, also PayPal balance payment is possible. No fees or commissions deducted except for returns&refunds.
We can also offer direct bank transfer, details on demand.
Payment Terms: full payment only, no pay on delivery available except Kazakhstan.
