We are dealing only with natural gemstones. As we are gemmologists, all checks are made prior to cutting not to say prior to sale.
Though in cause of any doubts we involve third party laboratories and sometimes if it’s crucial order certificates. If the stone is not certified and you want it to be, you can get the certificate on request before buying.
As part of our responsible approach, we disclose 100% of possible information for every stone including treatment info. Sometimes it’s impossible to detect treatment like heating even in lab conditions, then we come from indirect data.
Payment & Shipping
You can use major cards or PayPal to make payment. If these methods are not available for you, we also accept direct bank transfer.
For orders under 500$ we charge 8$ for postage and 50$ for express, 500 to 1000$ postage is free and above 1000$ express is also free.
International shipping these days can take really long time.
We can tell it’s 15-25 working days for regular post and 5-15 working days for express shipping depending on country.
